To display officers on this page, you need to add staff members with the following criteria:

For Principal Officers (Deans/Leads):

  • Position must contain: "Dean", "Lead", or "Coordinator"
  • Department OR Position must contain: "Postgraduate", "postgraduate", "PG", or "pg"
  • Status must be "active"

For Administrative Staff:

  • Department OR Position must contain: "Postgraduate", "postgraduate", "PG", or "pg"
  • Status must be "active"

How to add/update staff:

  1. Go to Admin → Staff Management
  2. Create a new staff member or edit an existing one
  3. Set the Department field to something like: "Postgraduate School" or "PG School"
  4. Set the Position field to something like: "Dean of Postgraduate School" or "PG Coordinator"
  5. Make sure Status is set to "active"
  6. Upload a profile photo in the user's profile settings
